Since 1957, our daily goal is to produce quality cheese with selected and guaranteed raw materials. The Palazzo family, now on the third generation, works with the typical Apulian dairy products, which are an authentic expression of the food culture of the area – the Murgia Barese territory -, always focused on nutritional values as well as on the production chain. The veins of karstic rocks that cross it, the underground rivers that flow through it, the gently rolling hills of olive trees that slope toward the sea all create the ideal environmental setting for the pastures from which the milk is produced and processed according to the principles of a craftsmanship which has been handed down through the centuries while adhering to the most advanced quality standards.
The sixtieth year of our business is an important milestone that we are celebrating in a year of great growth, in which we present innovative products, new organic lines and important quality certifications. At the beginning of our story, Caseificio Palazzo was only just a small family-run cheese factory. Many years have passed since then but certain values, for us, have remained the same. Even today, our products are loved and distributed all over the world through a widespread and efficient international logistics network guaranteeing delivery directly to modern and traditional distribution warehouses and then on to the single point of sale.
